Jesus said my swing form is solid

Inspired by CrossFit EastBay's 11/19 WOD, I completed their "Death by kettlebell swing" workout tonight. I was going to do this tomorrow AM, but I've been so excited about it all day that I just HAD to get on it.

"With a continuously running clock do one 1.5 pood (M)/1 pood (F) kettlebell swing the first minute, two kettlebell swings the second minute, three kettlebell swings the third minute... continuing as long as you are able. "

As Rx'd... 29 rounds + 23 swings

Russian swings to eye-level
Total of 458 swings
All sets unbroken, until the 27th round.

At round 16, it got hard. In the 20th round, I started throwing in some one hand alternating swings because my grip was starting to fail. At round 24, my glutes and shoulder blades started to cramp. And at round 27, I saw Jesus. I wanted 30 so, so bad, but it was physically impossible. This ended in absolute, unequivocal muscular failure.

This wasn't exactly part of the Hard Routine since I love swings so much, but at this level... it was HARD, and therefore very, very appropriate.

Holy shit is right!!! That is amazing work! I'm heading up to PA and NY this spring. I may have to plan a side trip to NJ to get some kettlebell instruction from you!

Congrats! :)

That is quite amazing. Using the formula N(N+1)/2 we find you did 435 reps, however I have a question, you mentioned you threw in some one hand swings, does this mean you were doing it "Russian Style" i.e. eye level? If so, although I did not spell it out, this WOD was supposed to be "CrossFit Style" or KB directly overhead. Either way, that shit is superhuman.
